After the hurricanes of 2005, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) created a master plan to aid recovery and redevelopment along the Louisiana coastline. In support of the goals outlined in the master plan, along with the goals in the Louisiana Speaks Regional Plan, Code Studio is preparing a set of model development regulations designed specifically for coastal areas.
