Main Street/Court Street Form-Based Code

In 2011 Binghamton was awarded a Community Challenge Planning Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to develop an update to the comprehensive plan and a form-based code for the 4.86 mile Main Street – Court Street Corridor. Learn more »

Collegetown Form-Based Code

Code Studio worked with Ithaca to implement a small area plan for Collegetown prepared by Goody Clancy. Ithaca is home to Cornell University, and Collegetown is located abutting the Cornell campus. Learn more »
