Code Studio, in coordination with Cooper Consulting, is preparing a master plan for Midtown area of Hattiesburg, to be followed by a new form-based code implementing the plan.  The area includes the University of Southern Mississippi, Forrest General Hospital and Hattiesburg Clinic, and is bounded by single-family residential on one side, and a freeway on the other.
