Simon Hardt

Simon has over a decade of experience in planning and urban design with extensive work in both the public and private sector. His broad experience in planning stems from work on a wide variety of projects ranging from master plans for new neighborhoods and established communities, site plans and conceptual renderings for urban infill development, street and streetscape design, landscape plans, zoning ordinance updates and overhauls, creating and administering form-based codes and design guidelines, updating comprehensive plans, and managing developments of regional impact.
