Jonathan Anzollitto

Associate

Jonathan brings a unique blend of expertise in city planning and technology. His passion for leveraging data to shape transit-supportive land use policies aligns perfectly with this skill set. Jonathan has also conducted graduate research on the role of regional governments in transit funding and the effectiveness of municipal land banks.

He has a strong interest in how suburban areas evolve and how adapting existing structures can foster walkable environments. This issue is especially relevant in his home state of Texas, where development has historically prioritized cars above people. Jonathan’s commitment to this philosophy is evident in his work, including his previous role on the policy team that successfully led Austin’s city council to eliminate parking minimums city-wide.

Jonathan holds a master’s in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
