Outcome:
- A modular zoning code that completely separates urban form from use.
- An innovative bonus system that rationalizes community desires and cost to the developer.
- A regulatory toolkit for use by Community Planners as the City plans and rezones over the next 6 years.
- A web-based code summary system providing only the details needed for a specific property.
